T-MOBILE G1 PHONE LAUNCHED IN AMERICA
ARRRGGHHH! This is the bit where we spit our dummies out (if there are any Americans reading this, we’re refering to pacifiers!). Why are we always second in line? I can only relate the way I’m feeling as to standing in the cold and looking through a window at a family laughing and joking whilst they eat a big roast dinner!
Anyway… San Francisco was the first location to start selling the T-Mobile G1 Phone with Google’s Android mobile operating system. The G1 Phone is currently only available in the 95 cities that have T-Mobile’s 3G service. The suggested retail price is $399.99, but don’t don’t panic, not that you should your probably British and waiting like the rest of the world, there is an instant discount of -$220 making the final cost of the G1 phone $179, with obvious price plan attached. If you are lucky enough to be elegible for one you must hurry it does state on the G1 Phone website that there is an ’extremely limited supply’.
So I’m afraid there’s not much more to say other than, chin up, chest out and keep on marching and we’ll be home in time for tea! Roll on 30th October – 8 days to go!
Oh, and don’t forget we get our G1 Phones for FREE!
